The concrete pressure testing machine is a testing machine product developed according to the national standard GB/T50081-2002 "General Concrete Mechanical Properties Test Method Specification" to measure judge the performance parameters of concrete, display the experimental data results. What I want to share this time is the structure operation method of the concrete pressure testing machine.

1. The structure of the concrete pressure testing machine

The concrete pressure testing machine is mainly composed of three parts: the organism, the hydraulic control box, the force measuring surface. The body of the experimental machine is connected with the upper beam by four columns. The upper beam of the experimental machine is equipped with a conditioning screw. The large handwheel nut screw can adjust the empty height of the experimental machine. The lower end of the screw is equipped with a ball. Seat upper pressure plate. The control box is mainly composed of oil tank, oil pump, oil filter, electric motor, speed valve, oil return valve, etc. The oil pump is a direct-rotating axial five-column pump. The pressure testing machine factory should manually control the loading speed when the test machine is loaded. The valve makes the piston ascending speed fast slow (this speed is integrated with the safety valve). When unloading, the oil return valve can be rolled the oil cylinder will gradually drop.

2. Operation method of concrete pressure testing machine

1. Add clean 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the fuel tank to the level shown in Figure 2.

2. Turn on the power to start the motor (power supply voltage 380V 50Hz)

3. Close the oil return valve turn the speed valve hand counterclockwise to turn on the oil supply to lift the piston away the bottom of the cylinder.

4. Put the test piece, adjust the height of the screw rod, adjust it to a position 1-2mm away the upper pressure plate.

5. Concrete pressure testing machine When the test piece has touched the upper pressure plate, the pressure testing machine manufacturer can adjust the speed valve to rise rapidly. When the test piece touches the upper pressure plate, adjust the speed valve appropriately according to the loading speed to load. The crushing of the test piece stops.

6. After the test piece is broken, open the oil return valve to make the piston fall back. After removing the broken test piece, close the oil return valve. The next experiment can be done. The speed of opening the oil return valve must be slow.
