The oil pump delivery is unstable (the pointer can see stagnation reciprocating vibration).

Reason: oil viscosity is too small (too thin) too dirty; there is air in the oil circuit. There is dirt roughness between the oil delivery valve piston its bushing. There is an oil leak.

Oil pressure can hit the maximum load

Reason: The oil plug of the oil delivery valve its sleeve are too tight there is dirt. The elastic force of the delivery valve spring is too small. There is a big oil leak. Oil is leaking the front end of the oil delivery valve piston. The oil pipe joint is leaking. The working piston clearance is too large. The needle valve of the oil return valve does match.

Cleaning method; cleaning grinding the corresponding parts. Add washer to the end of the spring replace the spring. Pull pressure testing machine manufacturers eliminate oil leakage. Tighten the screw sleeve. Tighten after replacing the gasket. Increase the oil viscosity slightly replace the piston. Combine the oil return valve.

The pointer does return to zero after unloading

Reason: The rack is stuck. The pendulum rod fell back too fast to make the rack jump out of the wheel.
